What data we process and why<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Order processing<\/strong> \u2013 name and surname, delivery address, e-mail, phone number (basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)<\/li><li><strong>Customer account<\/strong> \u2013 profile data and order history (basis: performance of a contract)<\/li><li><strong>Accounting<\/strong> \u2013 invoicing data (basis: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)<\/li><li><strong>Complaints and returns<\/strong> \u2013 data necessary to handle the case (basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We share your data only with entities necessary to fulfil your order: the payment operator Tpay (Krajowy Integrator P\u0142atno\u015bci S.A.), courier companies (DHL, DPD), our hosting provider and our accounting office. If you give consent in the cookie settings panel, data about your use of the store is also received by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) \u2013 see section 7 for details. We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Retention period<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order data is stored for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the tax year). Account data \u2013 until the account is deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and objection, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time \u2013 click the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of the page or the \"Cookie settings\" link in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
